This study comprehensively examines the relationship between conflict management styles and anger style levels of secondary school teachers. Data obtained from a total of 342 secondary school teachers working in Diyarbakır province in the 2014-2015 academic year were analyzed using the Organizational Conflict Inventory II and the Trait Anger-Anger Style Scale. The study aims to reveal the preferred styles in conflict management and the relationship between these styles and anger expressions. As a result of the study, it was seen that teachers used the integrating style the most and the dominating style the least. It was also determined that anger control levels were generally high, but anger-in and anger-out levels were low. It was determined that the professional seniority factor had a significant effect, especially on trait anger levels.
