Graduate Thesıs Studıes of The Concept of Trust ın Searchıng the Equıvalent of Socıety 5.0 In Turkey A Research on Agreeıng Wıth

The main reason for trying to make sense of the existence of the Industry 4.0 process with Society 5.0 can be explained by researching the social, political and economic impact of the revolutions. In fact, this is closely related to how organizations used to define social structures and economic relations understand these developments. Because society 5.0 itself; It tells about transparency, open relationship and sharing, which shows how important the existence of trust is. In the study, an organization-based analysis was tried to be made over the theses made in the field of business. 193 theses accessible in the study were examined and after examining them in terms of findings and methods, the outputs they reached through consistency in the context of purpose, practice and results were examined. As a result of the study, it is seen that almost all of the theses prefer the objectivist method, explaining the research problem in the research design has become clearer and directing the application is more taken into consideration. It is understood that survey methods were used in the data collection phase, and a small number of studies were conducted on secondary sources. It has been determined that the scales used are foreign and domestic, and the quantitative method is mostly preferred. In the evaluation of the results, it is seen that the trust is not at a sufficient level, and the results of the relations established by different actors at different levels indicate that; It is a strong reference that Turkey needs for Society 5.0 to develop trust. However, for this, it is seen that many variables and parameters need to be improved to a large extent and comprehensively.
