The formation of many advantages in terms of cost accelerates this process. Together with this rapid change experienced in every area, in order to meet the expectations of the customers, whose educational levels and awareness, it is necessary for banking sector to also increase its competitive ability. For increasing competitive ability of the sector, that employees keep in step with technological order, utilize new educational system will enable banks to increase their completive abilities and customer satisfaction.
